All warranties are null and void if:
- damage is due to misuse, abuse, or modification
- vehicle is converted from private passenger use to commercial, fleet, racing, or other competitive on/off-road recreational settings
- failure of part is due to collision damage
- part is installed or operated outside the US
- failure is due to vehicle use other than as intended or recommended by manufacturer
- installed heat tab is melted, removed, or modified

Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?
We are limited on our ability to change a shipping address on an order. The only address change we can allow, is a change from residential to a commercial address (within the same geological area—35 miles or less). Once we receive your request, we will review the requested change, and either approve or disapprove. We have this policy in place to combat fraud on orders. If the shipping address change is after your order ships, a change of shipping address fee may apply and must be paid via credit card. We will send you a link for processing your payment.
Shipping LTL items to my house
We can ship LTL items (Engines, Transmissions, Rear Axles, Transfer Cases, and more) to both residential and commercial addresses. For most commercial deliveries, the carrier will simply show up during normal business hours to make delivery; however, they may call to schedule a delivery. For residential addresses, the carrier will call a day or 2 in advance to schedule a delivery. It is very important to schedule the delivery, as the carrier will not make a delivery without it. You will also need to make sure someone 18 or older is there to receive the order. Failure to schedule delivery with the carrier will result in your order being returned back to us. You will be issued a refund less the original freight charges and the cost to redirect back to our facility. Redirect fees usually start at $150.
Why is shipping so high on airbags?
Airbags are considered hazardous material by the US Department of Transportaion and require special and additional handling for safe shipment.
Why can’t I ship airbags to my New York Address
New York state law bans the installation of used airbags in vehicles; therefore, we cannot ship into the state of New York.
In addition to New York, we can't ship airbags to any address outside of the continental US.

You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, less shipping charges. It typically takes us approximately 3-5 business days to process a credit back to your account and 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order before it has shipped. If the order has already shipped, we will attempt to turn the part around. The refund will be less the original freight, plus the cost to return the part back to us. If we are unable to turn the part around you will need to have the item delivered to start a return. Replacement Policy:

It is company policy that we receive the original auto part back before sending you a replacement auto part. The original auto part must be returned using the provided shipping label.
The shipping cost for both the original and the replacement auto part is a cost attributed to the shipper at hand. Note, if these auto parts are not shipped back within 30 days of the
delivery date of the replacement part, the buyer's credit card is subject to a recharge for the initial cost of the original auto part (minus the initial shipping cost)

Common items that are not guaranteed include but not limited too nuts, bolts, links, seals, bushings, ball joints, brackets, bezels, wiring, cables, sensors and other applicable items depending on the part. If they are not serviceable, such as a pressed-in ball joint, they will be guaranteed.
-We cannot guarantee color on any part we sell. The purchased item may need to be repainted, refinished, or reupholstered for proper color match.
Packing your order for a return
To ensure a smooth and timely processing of your order upon its return to us, please follow these steps to prepare it for shipping.
This will help prevent any potential issues during transit and expedite the processing of your order once received.
Parts being returned back via LTL (engines, transmissions, rear axles, etc.)
- We would recommend insuring the part in case it gets damaged during transit back to us, as you'll be responsible for paying for the replacement.
- Place the part on a pallet. If the pallet isn't included with the part, you can usually obtain one from a nearby big box store (hardware store, grocery store, flooring store, etc.)
- Attach the part to the pallet. When it was shipped, the part was securely fastened to the pallet using rope or straps. If you use ropes, ensure that the rope is tied tightly and won't shift or move on the pallet. If the part isn't properly secured or isn't on a pallet, the carrier may refuse to pick it up.
- We'll provide you with a shipping address and an RA #. Please ensure that the RA # is attached to the part so that our warehousing team can identify the correct order.
- If you are returning the part within 30 days of your original order date to get a full refund, you must make sure the part is shipped prior to the 31st day.
- Returns that are shipped between the 30th and 45th day will be accepted if it is shipped before the 46th day from your order date; however, there is a 20% restocking fee that will apply.

- We don't recommend or endorse any carriers. Please research and choose the one that suits you best. Some of the major carriers in the US include FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics, SAIA, Estes Express, and R & L. Additionally, there are Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers that act as intermediaries between shippers and carriers. One such provider is Echo Logistics, and you can obtain a quote from them.
Parts being sent back UPS, FedEx, or USPS
- When you are shipping the part back to us, you can use UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
- We would recommend insuring the part in case it gets damaged during transit back to us, as you'll be responsible for paying for the replacement.
- Use the original shipping box if it is still structurally whole and will protect the part in transit back to us.
- We'll provide you with a shipping address and an RA #. Please ensure that the RA # is written on a separate piece of paper along with your order number and place it in the box. This helps our warehousing team identify the correct order for the part.
- If you are returning the part within 30 days of your original order date to get a full refund, you must make sure the part is shipped prior to the 31st day.
