If you are approached by anyone claiming to be from AllUsedParts from an external source — be aware. We only sell our products though this website. If you see anything suspicious or have been a victim, please contact us directly.

We DO NOT accept: Cash, Wire Transfers, CashApp, Venmo, Freshbooks Beware of scams: Lately there has been numerous fake/scam AllUsedParts imitators trying to sell you products outside our website (ie. Facebook Marketplace). Only buy AllUsedParts products from AllUsedParts website!
Yes. You can choose to have the parts shipped to your residence, business, or a repair facility of your choosing. If you choose to have the parts shipped directly to a repair facility, be sure to list a contact for the repair shop, as well as the name and address in your order. Lift gates are available upon request, for no charge, but you must request a lift gate by checking the appropriate box during the checkout process.
At AllUsedParts, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight/shipping charges will also apply for all parts that were incorrectly ordered.
Your 17 digit VIN is required on all power train purchases. This will ensure proper part compatibility and activate the warranty. Without a proper VIN, the warranty is void.
No, we do not warrant actual color of products as colors will vary. Our inventory is made up entirely of quality used OEM products guaranteed for fit and functionality, but color cannot be guaranteed. Painting of this part by a qualified professional is recommended to match the exact color variation of your vehicle. Returns cannot be made based on on non-matching color, or if color has been altered after acceptance of delivery.
Not always. We are selling the long block, cylinder heads and internal lubricated parts on Engines. Engines may come with other parts attached, depending on source, which may or may not have to be removed prior to installation in your car or truck.

Recycled parts are Original Equipment ("OE") parts that have been reclaimed from salvage vehicles, inspected and inventoried for sale.

AllUsedParts does not require or charge for any Core Charges or “Core Prices.” Many suppliers charge users a "Core Charge" or “Core Price” on certain parts such as power train parts (Engines, Transmissions, and Axles) and aluminum wheels. So, beware when comparing prices with other sites.

When an online order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. The shipment can be tracked on either UPS or ECHO websites, depending on the shipment method.
AllUsedParts offers FAST shipping within the contiguous U.S. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Before your LTL items (Engines, Transmissions, Rear Axle, etc.) are delivered to a residential address, the carrier will make contact to schedule an appointment. Someone 18 years old or older will have to be there to receive and sign for the order. If you fail to reply to the carrier, we will also attempt to make contact via the email and phone numbers on your order. If you fail to respond to any of these communications within 2 business days, then your order will be redirected back to one of our facilities. You will be issued a refund minus your original shipping charge plus the cost to return it to our facility.
We are limited on our ability to change a shipping address on an order. The only address change we can allow, is a change from residential to a commercial address (within the same geological area—35 miles or less). Once we receive your request, we will review the requested change, and either approve or disapprove. We have this policy in place to combat fraud on orders. If the shipping address change is after your order ships, a change of shipping address fee may apply and must be paid via credit card. We will send you a link for processing your payment.
It is very common for email service providers to leverage AI to predict spam or junk email. If you have never received email from someone, it is very possible your emails from us are in your Spam or Junk folders. Please check there. If you still don’t have anything from us, please email us customerservice@allusedparts.com
It is our policy for the product to be received back to our facilities and inspected before any refund is issued or replacement is sent out. This is to protect us and you from fraudulent actors online.
You can request to cancel your order via our Manage My Order section on our site. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, we will attempt to turn it around and ship it back to one of our facilities. Once we receive it back, your refund will be minus your original shipping fees plus the costs to redirect it to one of our facilities. The cost to redirect LTL shipments can be $150 or higher, but the redirect fees will never exceed your original shipping costs. If we are unable to turn your order around and it is delivered to you, then you will have to start a return order process via our Manage My Order section of the site.

Airbags are considered hazardous material by the US Department of Transportaion and require special and additional handling for safe shipment.
New York state law bans the installation of used airbags in vehicles; therefore, we cannot ship into the state of New York. In addition to New York, we can’t ship airbags to any address outside of the continental US.
