You will also need to make sure someone 18 or older is there to receive the order. Failure to schedule delivery with the carrier will result in your order being returned back to us. You will be issued a refund less the original freight charges and the cost to redirect back to our facility. Redirect fees usually start at $150.

If you refuse delivery from the carrier, the part will be returned back to one of our facilities. Once received, it will be processed and a partial refund issued. Your refund will be less the original freight and the return costs.
